We are willing to work with customers that would like to  do some of the work themselves whether painting trim, installing insulation or more extensive work.

Whether you have your own lot or need to find a lot, a new home can be started at any time of the year. 

We build the exterior walls inside our shop including windows, house wrap and siding so that the potentially harsh weather does not present a hazard or damage the home before it is finished. 

Generally we can have the roof sheeted and on the exterior walls of a home within one week. 

We also install temporary heaters so that the home begins warming and drying as it is being built!
